The GoWarm project to target insulation and heating measures, benefits assistance and energy advice to more than 200,000 homes across the North East and Yorkshire and will see the team work in partnership with local authority across the area from Durham County in the North to Wakefield in Yorkshire. The team has already been working with several of them and was pleased to welcome Richmondshire and Hambleton District Councils to the programme earlier this year. More are expected to join soon.

A letter from GoWarm and your local authority will be sent to you around a week in advance of an assessor calling at your property. Please remember - all our assessors wear a GoWarm uniform and carry proper identification. If anyone speaking to you about the project is not in uniform, please do not allow them into your home or give them any information.
